The Association Committee met with the new Minister of Culture

The Committee of the Association of Professional Theatres has entered into regular contact with the new Minister of Culture Martin Baxa (ODS). The first topics included anti-COVID measures and the budget proposal.

The government of Petr Fialy stated in its program statement that it wants the budget of the Ministry of Culture to be one percent of the state budget by 2025. "The commitment is valid, we made it in difficult times. There are reasons why it is important," said Martin Baxa.
