Training for stage technicians

As the first educational activity for theater employees in the new year, the Association of Professional Theaters offered a rigging workshop for stage technicians. On the stage of the Švand Theater, Petr Horký and Vít Rohlíček shared their experience with hanging and anchoring stage equipment with colleagues from other theaters. They tried out hoists, winches, and trolleys. They addressed the maximum load and load-bearing capacity of structures, and focused on standards, certificates, and occupational safety.
